Connections made and insights gained at the ExCeL, London

We had a great time at the eCommerce Expo 2023, gaining some great insights from the presentations and keynote speakers.

Our Director of Marketing Rachael Kotadia says “The RedEye team had an excellent couple of days at the Ecommerce Expo.”

“The event overall was a fantastic opportunity for us to speak first-hand to prospects on what they need from their marketing automation providers, and we were delighted to hear such a keen interest in how we are developing the platform to become even more AI-centric.”

“As well as giving out lots of tips and advice within our talk on Day 2, it was nice to hear how prospects are drawn to us by the addition of the creativity and campaign support we can provide on top of our tech”

Rachael and our Head of Multi-channel Campaigns, Danni Hunt, did a well-received presentation on 6 marketing myths that might be holding you back, including sending more emails = better results (Hint: Not true) and acquisition is more important than retention (that’s right, not true again!)

There will be more of that in my next blog article and all you need to know if you missed it!

There was great feedback following from viewers taking away lots of things to consider in their marketing strategy.

Our Senior Business Development Manager, Will Binder, said the expo was “Great to have the opportunity to engage with our customer and prospect base in SME marketing.”

“The delegates were open to insights we have to offer based on our successful client stories and case studies which resonated with a lot of them. This became apparent in the interest of a large number of follow-up calls and meetings booked”

Our stand this year was created by Quadrant2design with screens available for any passersby to demo our site and get their hands on how our marketing automation platform works, which proved really popular.

Being able to see how instinctive the platform is to use and navigate, plus our new AI-powered reporting tool really helps demonstrate how the RedEye platform makes it easy to make every message personal and relevant to your customers.
