Fragrance Direct, founded in 1993, is a leading UK beauty retailer, stocking over 14,000 products across 600 big-name brands, designer labels and high street favourites.
The Fragrance Direct team were in need of a robust and comprehensive single customer view as the foundation for performing advanced campaign activities.
